  • Renewing your loans

  • Substitution expense notice (Lost Loan Letter) is sent at 3 times overdue.
  • Imposition of charges

    Penalties are imposed the following.

  • An upgraded price (outlined within the dining table below) is imposed in the event that you:
  • are not able to return a product
  • get back a product damaged.
  • Your collection borrowing privileges (including pick-up/delivery of requested things) are suspended immediately in the event that you:
    • have actually outstanding replacement expenses
